NEW SON VOLT ALBUM
Do yourself a favor and head over to the Son Volt website and take a listen. I am on my first turn but the tunes are quite tasty. Some departures here and there but the Son Volt sound is through and through. This new album "The Search" is a welcome treat to my ears. In a world where "hip-hop took the big cars" it is good to hear some good 'ol Americana.
Mosey over and set a spell.

guitars not guns, a fantastic program. Music should be such a part of childrens, and adults lives.

I know it's been a while since I've dropped by here. I did my first sitting in The Method. The first song turned out alright, but I am going to get a microphone for the other two sittings so I can record my own guitar sounds.
I'll be sure to check out that band, I have something I'd like you to check out, I have a video up of one of my favorite guitarists, Tom Morello. He usually plays electric guitar in Rage Against the Machine and Audioslave, but this time, he's playing acoustically and sings! It's like Bruce Springsteen's Nebraska, or Woodie Guthrie.
